Monte-Carlo: Tsitsipas opens Thursday’s schedule

At 12:00 noon on Thursday, Stefanos Tsitsipas will enter the battle of the third round of the Monte-Carlo Masters, while later on Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal will fight for a place in the quarter-finals. See the day’s schedule in detail.

The match between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Cristian Garin will open the programme of today’s Monte-Carlo Masters at Court Rainier III, at 12:00 CET, live on COSMOTE SPORT 6HD.

It will be Stefan’s second meeting with Garin, whom he beat last year in the semi-finals in Hamburg, also seeking a little revenge for his loss to the Chilean in the doubles. Stefanos will also challenge for a 1st time to reach the quarter-finals of Monte-Carlo.

Novak Djokovic’s clash with Daniel Evans will follow, while Rafael Nadal will later join the battle in the 3rd round, facing Grigor Dimitrov in what will be quite a test for the Spaniard. Andrey Rublev’s match with Roberto Bautista Agut will round off the main court programme.

Court Des Prince will host the remaining matches of the 3rd round. At 12:00 Alejandro Davidovich Fokina will face Lucas Pouille, while David Goffin will then play one of Alexander Zverev and Lorenzo Sonego.

Third in the series will be the match of Fabio Fognini, defending champion, against Filip Krajinovic, while the last match will be Casper Ruud’s match against Pablo Carreno Busta.
